developing and facilitating workshops, providing technical
guidance, conducting non-legal research/analysis, providing
business development assistance, training, and coaching.
Legal consulting services, such as: legal research, legal
writing, contract review, claims preparation/ defense, and legal
advice. A $500 retainer is required for engagements involving
legal services.
Litigation includes any engagements for which a Notice of
Appearance (“NOA”) is required to be filed with a Court or
Administrative Hearings Board. The litigation rate
is charged for all services following the filing of the NOA. A
$1000 retainer is required before the NOA will be filed.
